- Reach out: Spending time with friends and family can offer space to discuss concerns. It can give assurance that there is support system if that is not possible there are other ways to access that support system; joining leisure clubs, volunteering.
- Mindful Eating – Some of them can be: Salmon, Chamomile, Turmeric, Dark chocolate, green tea, Chia seed, Citrus fruits
- Mindful nature walks: Spending time outside may help de-stress
- Creating boundaries: Avoiding toxicity in relationship by creating boundary especially with people who add to your stress levels- Taking control over your personal life may help reduce stress and protect your mental health.
